    ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE TRACK RENTAL CONTRACT

    This Exhibit shall set forth the specific details concerning the use of the Premises by the Lessee and shall be deemed to be a part of the Contract referred to above.

    Rental Fee

    $3000 for 1st 15 cars or drivers, $200/car or driver thereafter

    Vendor Fee

    None. Vendors required to provide certificate of insurance showing Island Dragway as additional insured. Limits must be approved by Island Dragway

    Percentage of Gate Receipts

    Race entrant defined as any person who has been given a tech sheet, whether they are paid or complimentary. Spectator defined as any paid person who is not a race entrant

    Percentage of Gross Income (Gross Income is defined to include all income received by Lessee in direct connection with the activity conducted on the Leased Premises)

    Concessions Monies

    Island Dragway shall retain all (100%) of monies generated by concessions and Island Dragway concessionaire shall be the exclusive concessionaire for the entire site.

    EXHIBIT C

    ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THE TRACK RENTAL CONTRACT

    BETWEEN TRACK AND LESSEE

    SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS:

    1. NOISE POLLUTION REGULATION: No race car or engine, including showroom cars with open exhaust, shall be run before 9:00 a.m.
    2. GATE PASS REQUIREMENT: A Pass indicating you have registered for the event must be presented to the Guard to allow entry into Track
    3. All minors must be under direct parental or acting guardian supervision at all times.
    4. Drivers are responsible for the conduct of their crews and guests.
    5. ALL PET ANIMALS MUST BE LEASHED OR CONFINED.
    6. No two or three wheeled vehicles are allowed except for race officials use or as race support vehicles.
    7. Our Concessions will be available for most events. Gas, oil, water and air are available. Souvenirs, film, and other consumables are available at the Track Souvenir stand.
    8. ALL TRASH MUST be placed in receptacles provided. All used tires MUST be removed or the Lessee will be charged for their disposal.
    9. All drivers and members will be responsible for notifying crews and guests concerning the hours of registration. A closing time will be included on the entry form.
    10. Due to the possibility of high winds in this area all tents and awnings should be as secure as possible. DO NOT DRIVE STAKES INTO THE GROUND OR ASPHALT! Offenders and/or Lessee will be charged for any asphalt repairs.
