10. Back half cars permitted
11. Tubs allowed
12. Pnuematic or electric throttle stops prohibited
13. Delay devices prohibited (2 steps and Tran brakes are permitted)
14. Any type power adder permitted

Deep staging allowed but starter will not hold tree. When both pre-stage lights are activated auto start will be activated. When the 1st stage light is activated, the other competitor will have 7 seconds to get staged or they will be timed out.
